We require all clients to obtain a detailed assessment and plans drawn up by Architects, ensuring your project complies with all local building regulations and is designed to meet your specific requirements. Once clients are happy with all aspects of the planning and have gained the necessary Planning permission we work with the client to organise and schedule most aspects of the build.

Coordination of Trades & Suppliers:

We manage the logistics of your project by organizing and scheduling skilled tradespeople and ensuring that all materials are supplied and delivered on time. Our extensive network of trusted trades and suppliers enables us to keep your project running smoothly.

Project Management:

With AMPM, myself and Alistair will act as your dedicated project managers overseeing all aspects of your construction project. From start to finish, we ensure clear communication, precise timelines, and exceptional attention to detail.
