The existing suite and tiles were removed entirely, allowing us to start fresh with a complete re-plaster and redecoration of the room. The chosen wall colour, a vibrant blue shade called Carnival Lights, brings a modern yet welcoming feel to the space.

Although the bathroom suite and tiles were modest in cost, the transformation has given this property a fresh new lease of life—something both the landlord and tenants can appreciate. The combination of chrome taps, an illuminated mirror, and upgraded ceiling lights has brightened the room significantly, while additional mirrors at either end of the bathroom create a greater sense of openness and space.

To maximise functionality, we built bespoke bi-fold doors for the existing cupboard, making it a practical storage solution. The rustic and durable LVT click flooring adds both comfort underfoot and long-lasting resilience, perfect for a rental property.
