We recently completed this bespoke media wall installation in Colchester, Essex, creating a stylish new focal point for our customer's living space while incorporating entertainment, lighting and practical storage into one purpose-built feature.
Built Bespoke to the Customer's Requirements:
Rather than working from a standard design, the media wall was built specifically around the customer's requirements and available space.
Careful planning allowed us to incorporate dedicated positions and connections for the TV and fireplace, giving everything its own place and creating a clean, integrated appearance.
The finished media wall also includes useful built-in storage, helping to keep the room organised without compromising the overall design.
LED Recess Lighting:
One of the standout features of the new wall is the LED strip lighting incorporated within the recesses.
The lighting adds another dimension to the media wall, highlighting the recessed areas and creating a warm feature in the room during the evening.
By integrating the lighting into the construction of the wall, we were able to keep the finished appearance clean and uncluttered.
Decorative Finishing Details:
Once the main structure was complete, attention turned to the finishing details.
Decorative beading was added to give the wall additional character and create a more considered, bespoke appearance rather than simply producing a standard flat media wall.
The complete installation was then prepared and finished with a high-quality paint finish, bringing all of the individual elements together and leaving the customer with a smart, contemporary feature built specifically for their home.
